My old employer did not pay me for the last month I worked for her. That was three months ago, can I still refer the matter to the CCMA?

UNPAID SALARY

If you have not received you salary, you should refer this matter to the Department of Labour.  They will send an investigator to see what is going on with your ex employer and whether they are complying with the Basic Conditions of Employment Act.  Be sure to get a reference number when referring the matter so that you can follow the matter up at a later stage.
