I was dismissed a while back and went to ccma after following all internal appeals, I was reffered to the Bragaining council and given an email, but nothing is happening, I can’t find the email again, I’ve heard nothing about even them getting my email.

Who can I contact, it’s been months and I’m weary that they’ll just end up throwing it out sort of because of time delays.

Please any advice is greatly appreciated. My employer(Sasol) dismissed me after I asked my Foreman for leave to which he never responded, I had no access to the facility due to medical reasons and they eventually charged and found me guilty for AWOL.
