Not Given a U19 because of alleged dishonesty and theft

I was dismissed a couple months ago for alleged “dishonesty & theft”.Upon arriving at the disciplinary hearing(manager verbally gives my wrong time),I was told I was dismissed with immediate effect,any monies or documents won’t be available for me until I pay the manager the +-R12000,which I allegedly stole.I already appeared twice in court , manager made a case of theft against me.I try many times to get my U19 document,but they won’t respond.
Please can you assist or advice me in this regard!
