My name is Tumi from Bloemfontein, I’m a former employee of (Free State Provincial Treasury.

In 2021 November 19th, I was suspended due to misconduct. I was represented by union called “PSA”, the union never did its job as i never attended any hearing with that regard, they only forced me to resign. They drafted a settlement agreement between me and department which was never been signed by employer.

The ended up threatening me that they going to stop my salary and the going to dismiss me and take some of my pension money.
