In South Africa, the Basic Conditions of Employment Act (BCEA) entitles employees to 21 consecutive days of annual leave per year. This is equivalent to 15 working days if you work a five-day week, or 18 working days if you work a six-day week.

Annual leave is calculated over a 12-month cycle from the start of your employment. If you work less than 24 hours a month, these provisions do not apply.

Take you leave each year and enjoy your free time and life!
