Sorry to hear about your issue at work!  It is never a good idea to sign a settlement agreement without a lawyer going over it.  I am sure that it probably prevents you from taking further action against your employer.   If you have done nothing since 2021, any right you may have, probably have prescribed and are now are unenforceable.

What was the alleged ” Misconduct” that you were accused of committing?
