Help. I think that my company will not pay me salary this month Things are not going well at work and I don't know if our company will pay us this month. Last month there were excuses and we were paid late. What happens if they just don't pay us? Can I do something?

Am I entitled to an increase in salary each year? I have been working for the same company in Johannesburg for the last 9 years. Before covid we used to get bonuses every February or March. Since the pandemic the increases have stopped. Everyone is not happy as things have got so expensive and we are all battling. Can we insist on an increase or at least something to help with inflation and general living expenses. Thanks for your help! Joanne

Do you need a new contract if your job title changes I have been working in the same company for almost 4 years. When I started the company wanted me to do secretarial work. It was quite methodical but I liked the work. Now there has been a change in management and they have given me a new role and responsibilities. They have not increased my salary but they expect more from me. Must they change my contact and give me an increase?
