2024 had robberies at work Department of Health facility. Got admitted at a psychiatric ward in 2024 diagnosed with PTSD and was booked off on IOD again 2025 December got admitted. Have been back at work since February 2026, with my last year annual leave of 30 days and my 36 sick leave which cycle ends this year. Problem whenever I report at work being sick my supervisor refuses and request I come at work even when sick which I have been doing. Other days I will report having a problem when I am actually not feeling well due to anxiety and she will have a problem with that. Requested my before June leave of last year she refused only allowed me to sign and take the leave when she wants. I am not copying writing now I am at a doctor’s sick with flu reported she told me I am abusing my leave as I have a pattern of not being at the facility one or twice a month since I have been back. As I am writing I have 30 days annual leave for this year, 36 sick leave and 14 days uncapped leave from last year.
