I haven’t been paid my salary for 2 months. After countless attempts at communicating, meetings and even contacting the CCMA, nothing has still been paid. Agreements has been made as to what date they will pay me and agreements signed by both parties, but still nothing. It seems as if the CCMA consultant is also making excuses like my employer. What is my next step?
