Please advise what to do.

The company I worked for retrenched all of its employees in December 2024. To date we were not given our UI 19 forms to claim for the UIF, and we were not being given our payslips. When I check my eFiling, it was shows that my UIF was last paid in April 2024, I had reported to the management but they couldn’t get back to me as their company that was assigned to do our payrolls is based in Capetown and we were Located in Gauteng. I managed to get hold of the company that was responsible for our payroll to raise my inquiry but they’ve been ignoring me.
